Shipping & Return Policies

Shipping & Handling

Your new art will ship within five to seven business days. A tracking ID will be provided to you when your package ships. 

All original paintings and limited edition prints are packaged with premium packaging material and extreme care to guarantee a safe delivery.

Due to their priceless nature, original paintings are shipped with insurance and require a signature at delivery. I find this is the best way to ensure safe handling and that your art won’t be left on your doorstep during inclement weather.

Insurance is through the carrier and generally rated at the exact amount of your painting.

**For orders outside of the United States, please contact me (Jenna@JennaLueckArt.com) about shipping before placing your order. 


Returns

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, please contact me as soon as possible. I will accept returns and give refunds (minus shipping and insurance costs) if you contact me within one week of receiving your art.

Returned items must arrive in like-new condition in order to qualify for a refund. Larger pieces will need to have tracking information and must be insured during return shipping. 

Please note: You can absolutely let me know if you’d like to see how a print or original painting will look in your home before ordering. 

I’d be glad to digitally place the piece on your wall so you can see how it will look.  Simply send an email to Jenna@JennaLueckArt.com with the name of the painting or print you’re interested in and a photo(s) of the room where you’d like it to go.
